Okay, I get it … are box office numbers down? Maybe not as many people going to the movies? I’m not sure — but I do understand the need for a boost every now and then … I always know when I crank out a bad blog post … NO ONE READS IT. If you write a post that actually has some great content — much like the other authors on this blog Alyson Khan and Clayton Grow … people will come.

However, in theory, if I had Gary Vaynerchuk do a guest post here on Jennifer’s Review … people love him, so people would flock to my site to see what he had to say! If I had Gary Vaynerchuk, Jon Stewart (or rather one of his writers), Jenny The Bloggess, Alec Baldwin and maybe Seth Green all write some one-liners on my blog … it would be a celebrity mashup extravaganza! In fact, how many of you clicked on this post because you saw Alec Baldwin’s photo? I DID! … love 30 Rock!

I guess that’s what the creators of the movie New Year’s Eve had in mind. Enjoy the Christmas Day movie parody below … funny and making fun of the movie or not — I love seeing all these celebrities! I replayed this one a few times!

I’m writing this post as a procrastination post and to unblock my subconsious into telling me where the tasting sheets of the wines I got in the mail to review hid themselves. Notice I NEVER lose the wine … but those darn tasting notes have a whole mind of their own. Personally – I think they committed paper suicide when I decided to “organize” my desk. That’s just one theory however….

So I decided to educate myself on Google images – you never know … my tasting notes could be there!! That’s when I saw these photos and felt I needed to share them with you!

For instance – I learned about Chicken People:

I’ve got seeing the girl with the dragon tattoo on my movie list, so when I saw this …. I had to watch. Watch and then share … now I’m not sure if I’ll take the original seriously. What do you think?

I’m going to change up my Friday posts for a little while. Usually, this is where I showcase a funny video. However, that was before I came across the site Fiverr.com. Have you been there? Completely fun and useful and I think it’s my new addiction.

So I decided to see what fun things I could get for my $5! Here is my first purchase and I think it’s worth more then what I paid – but enjoy the fun!

I’m a big fan of Project Runway and I’m excited by the new season. Me and my glass of wine curl up on the couch and watch Tim Gunn, Heidi … what’s her name?, Michael Kors and NEEEEnia GarCIa (love saying her name!) come out to “school” new designers. It’s also clear to me as I watch the show that I have absolutely no fashion sense. New York would throw me out of the city. So, it’s only appropriate that I share with you my new found items that are Green, Wine related and non-New York Fashion worthy …
