I applaud the creativity! I also honestly wonder how this would work! There is a foldout wine wheel that breaks down the wine by regions, grape, color and the wood used in the aging process. That’s pretty detailed stuff to get in for a scratch and sniff book!
About the author: Richard Betts is a Master Sommelier and although Colorado based – spent a lot of time in Italy. I would imagine that if you spent a lot of time in Italy, had a love of wine – you probably have a very discerning palate. Richard is also a Forbes contributor with a column that focuses on wine and travel! All that knowledge, we can assume … translates into a great “scratch n sniff” book for us wine lay people.
