No Vintage Sparkling Wine
Two years ago I picked up a bottle Bitch Wine and reviewed it. I went back a month later to the same store to purchase more … gone. Out of stock. It went fast. I continued to find the wine here and there and picked up a bottle or two for hostess gifts.
However, walking thru the wine store this past week, I walked past what I THOUGHT was the Bitch wine again … then I stopped dead in my tracks. It WAS Bitch, but in a different form.

I picked this wine up and savored it the whole weekend. By myself because yes, I’m a Bitch! With a label / title like that – I don’t think we really need to wonder if the taste is good or bad do we? But I will tell you it’s pretty good … and I mean pretty. It’s like a frilly watermelon-y taste. I love it. It’s not a fine wine at all … but for a girlfriend night … This. Is. It! It’s a Bitch party in your mouth!
This wine comes in a full size bottle with a unique concept for cap. Better have a bottle opener … this bottle’s cap is just like a beer cap. Pop it off, no corks, no popping … just a top cap. Surprisingly, I didn’t mind at all. I do wonder what the life of the sparkling wine is with that kind of a cap and what will happen later on in shelf life. I actually don’t think these bottles will last that long. I got my bottle for around $10 and the small single sized version … $4.99. Great / cute gifts to give.
