If you haven’t heard, Lindsay Lohan is going after e*Trade for the superbowl commercial using the name Lindsay (according to the New York Post). Watch the commercial in question below to catch up!
now …. when I first saw this video … never in my wine soaked mind did I EVER think of Lindsay Lohan. But now … Lindsay says that when her name (apparently just her first name – sorry other Lindsay’s) is used, she needs to get paid and that the e*trade baby is poking fun at her life.

I didn’t know Lindsay Lohan was a Milk-a-holic … did she do one of those “Got Milk?” commercials and then get hooked? When did that happen?
That’s okay … cuz I’m going to be watching this… and if she wins, EVERYONE who has the name Jennifer better watch out. I’ve got google alerts going folks. Anytime someone say’s that Jennifer’s review of …. BAM …. I’ll SLAM ya with a lawsuit. cuz I need to be paid for being “Jennifer”. Do you know how many Jennifer’s there are out there?
Well, maybe I won’t … because that might come off seeming a tad bit self absorbed to think that the world is just sitting around thinking about me and my life.
Look out wine-o Jennifer’s …. or anyone using a wine-o Jennifer in their advertising …. I’m google alerting you!!!! (not really)
