I have an update to my Seth Godin Linchpin – sortof – book review from last week. The wonderful team working with Seth on this project is sending me another book. Very kind of them since the original issue of non-delivery was my fault ultimately. I’d like to note that while the Seth Godin’s team immediately responded, Paypal still has not informed me of a way to fix the issue. They even sent me a phone-survey-how-did-it-go email to which I sent them my post link. nothing.
