…could something this brilliant come to life! That’s right, I said it …… right here …. right now …. me!
Last week in the midst of a massive writer’s block week – I put out to twitter-land a big ‘ole … H-E-L-P! And help came in the form of a beer runner named Tim and his fantastic t-shirt business. TeeCycle.org
I thought that the iWearyourshirt.com guy was smart with his t-shirt idea …. but then I met Tim.
Tim has a subscription t-shirt business. A subscription not for new t-shirts but for re-cycled fun t-shirts. … all those classic fun shirts you had forgotten about; ghostbusters, those old band t-shirts, etc. They’re bbbaaacckkk. And now …. we’re being responsible and re-using our resources by bringing these t-shirts back to life!
As I was reading thru Tim’s site, I kindof got a little verklempt when I started thinking about my Domino’s pizza t-shirt with “The Noid”. What happened to the Noid? Where is he ….. and where DID my Noid t-shirt go???
So Tim ….. when you get in a Noid t-shirt in an XL …. I’m starting my subscription. Because I can’t think of a better t-shirt to wear to my Zumba class, be green AND give back to the local area. $1 of every t-shirt sale goes to help support the River Revitalization foundation. Even better.
Think Tim’s idea is only locally getting recognition? …. nope….. on Tim’s site he has a “shout out” from Kuwait City. Check it out:
