What a fun topic for Sunday… after all, it’s time for rest and reflection right? ha… I promise you are going to like this!
I often come across some great concepts and you know…. I just love to share!!!! I found this great site that I’m hoping all of you will click on over and take a look! It’s a project called: “What do you want to do before you die?”
This site reminded me a bit of the postsecrets.com site where everyone gets to anonomously send in their deep dark secrets on postcards. This one puts human caring back into our lives. The idea behind this project is to identify something you want to accomplish before you die….. take a polaroid picture of yourself saying what you want to accomplish and then submit that polaroid to the project.

Here is an excerpt from the site that explains the concept better then I could:
The Before I die I want to… project was inspired by a combination of factors: (1) the “death” of the Polaroid, (2) a psychologist’s tool called safety contracts, and (3) a passion to get people to think about (and act upon) what is really important in their lives through this simple, very straight-forward question.
What a fabulous idea!! I love the fact that after your picture is submitted to “the wall”… you are contacted via email in “x” amount of years by the project creators to see how you are moving toward your goal!
In a time when we can get wrapped up in the negative and forget why we are here and what an impact we can make on this world toward the positive… here is a team that is out there to remind us!!
Check out the site…. those of you on twitter…. have a “before I die Tweetup” and take your photos! ..or have a “What I want to do before I die” party for a girlfirends night out! Have fun…. submit your photos to the project or start your own within your group of friends!

Jennifer, thanks for your post. We want you to participate in the project. Get your hands on a polaroid camera and take pictures of you and your friends for the project and send them into our PO box. Check out the “submit” page.
